Thanksgiving Babies.

We went to California for Thanksgiving and saw, for the first time, four babies of friends - a record number at once! They are two boys and two girls. Their parents are one of my childhood friends, one of my high school friends, three of my college friends (two of them together), and partners. We had most anticipated meeting the daughter of my childhood friend since her mother was many months pregnant in London at the time of our wedding.

Later we might post some photos of the babies we met over Thanksgiving. Unfortunately the photos will be poor in quality, because I took them with my old camera phone, not long before my parents gave us a much better digital camera as a Christmas gift.

American parents, do not fear having your pictures posted here. To my knowledge just one person has ever visited this site. He or she is called WhisperingCampaign, publishes http://gothamimage.blogspot.com/, and left a compliment about a picture I took of a church in Tower Hamlets.

***We are settling slowly into our new home. Today we received our refrigerator. The neighbours are nice.

***I made a mistake back in February. We were seeing Nicki and Dave at the Royal Academy, not the National Gallery.

***Clare's parents came back from America, which they said they enjoyed. They visited us last evening.
