being in a Vietnamese prison
camp.'

'The female accepts a male who keeps up adequately during the dance, and rejects one
who does not. The female is,
therefore, extremely discriminating; in contrast, a male will dance with and attempt to mount a blob of wax on the end of a bristle, moved in an
appropriate side-to-side
manner and then held still.'

It is unfortunate that many good principled protesters join with those who have an axe to grind and who are not concerned about peace. Torture is always wrong, we should always denounce torture equally, also the beheadings by Al Qaeda, and the tens of thousands of political prisoners torture and the summary executions in prison camps in North Korea!
Q. Now, where is the justice?
A. Justice in the life and conduct of the State is possible only as first it resides in the hearts and souls of the citizens.
Plato
Then again, you know, don't you?

Those who have an axe to grind and are not concerned about peace are always a problem at events like this. But there were not many such people in Westminster and Hyde Park yesterday.
I protest the immoral behaviour of my own government, rather than that of other bodies, because I have slightly more influence over the former. Some is more than none.
