Often, Clare thinks of an activity that Dylan might like. Matt is usually doubtful about the suggested activity, claiming that Dylan is too young. But then it always transpires that Dylan indeed loves the activity, straight away. Recent examples include the London Aquarium and the DJ booth.
Matt has started his new job at the London Borough of Barnet. It is a ten-minute bicycle commute between work and home.
We have returned from an enjoyable holiday in the New Forest, our first holiday with Dylan, whose favourite part was watching the ferrets in Liberty's Centre.
Clare is amused that the word 'holler' has suddenly and mysteriously resurfaced in Matt's American vocabulary. Matt doesn't know why either, but it might have something to do with the birth of Dylan.
